On November 26, Geelong Community Foundation Executive Officer Andrew Lawson and Chairman Val Lawrence were invited to see police volunteers meet their pen-pal buddies at Wexford Court Campus of Northern Bay College in the ‘Literacy Buddies’ program funded by a 2013 Foundation $11,000 grant.
