They have grown to be one of the largest accounting firms in regional Victoria and were recently recognised in the AFR Top 10 Regional accounting firms and in the Top 100 nationally.  The Firm has over 50 staff employed and 7 acting Principals across their Geelong and Melbourne offices.

The Firm specialises in providing expert audit and assurance services, business advisory services, business valuations and forensic accounting, estate planning, family office services, self-managed superannuation fund services, succession planning and taxation services to its clients.

LBW has a passionate and strong focus on being involved with the community, with each of the Principals being involved on not-for-profit boards, in numerous sporting programs and clubs and community organisations. Additionally, each year staff members may participate in a dedicated “community service day”, providing assistance and support to a variety organisations. The Named Sub Fund within the Foundation has been established as a natural extension of this community service focus.
