Thank you for choosing to create a fund with the Geelong Community Foundation. By establishing a fund, you are joining a community of generous people who share a vision for a connected, fair and thriving Geelong region.
Your fund will become part of the Foundation’s enduring legacy of “Giving Forever” — where the income generated from your gift will support local charities and community initiatives year after year. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of people across our region.
This form captures the essential details to establish your fund. Once your form has been received a representative of the Foundation will be in contact with you.
On behalf of the Board and staff of the Foundation, thank you for your generosity and commitment to the Geelong Region’s future.
Warmest regards, Amy Waters Chief Executive Officer

Many of our supporters choose to extend their generosity by leaving a gift to the Foundation in their will. A bequest is a meaningful way to ensure your legacy continues to benefit the Geelong community for generations to come.
