Director Wendy Maloney resigned following wonderful service over nine years and was unable to be re elected due to a nine year limit for board members in the constitution. Wendy brought the skills of accounting and taxation to the board through her role with Crowe Horwath (formerly WHK).
Director John Skidmore retired after three years and was unavailable for re –election due to business travel commitments. John was appointed to the role of Foundation Ambassador, a role which he held prior to joining the board.
Lachlan McColl, Mark Osbourne and Peter Tanner were elected to the board. Their details can be found under Our Board.
John Skidmore was appointed as a GCF Ambassador and Andrew Mackie was re-appointed as an Ambassador also.
