What We’re Looking For
The Adroit Capital Grant supports capital projects that strengthen the capacity of community organisations.
This may include:
- equipment purchases
- facility upgrades or improvements
- infrastructure required to deliver programs
- technology or systems that support service delivery
Projects should demonstrate how the investment will improve an
organisation’s ability to deliver services or support the community.
How the Process Works
This approach connects the Adroit Insurance & Risk team directly with
community organisations and ensures funding supports projects with strong
local impact.
1
Community organisations submit an EOI
Organisations submit an expression of interest for capital projects that
will benefit the local community.
2
Invitation to full application
A small number of organisations are invited to submit a full grant
application.
3
Finalists are selected
Three organisations are selected to pitch their project.
4
Staff Vote Night
Finalists present their projects to Geelong based staff of Adroit
Insurance & Risk.
5
Adroit Insurance & Risk
Staff members vote to select the project that
will receive the grant.

Start With a Conversation
Organisations interested in applying for the Adroit Capital Grant are
encouraged to speak with our team about their project idea before submitting an application.
The grant round is currently closed, and we are not scheduling conversations with prospective applicants at this time.
When the next round approaches, organisations will have the opportunity to discuss their project idea with our team before submitting an expression of interest.
These conversations help us:
- determine whether your project aligns with the purpose of the capital grant
- provide guidance before you invest time preparing an expression of interest
- ensure the project is suitable for this funding opportunity
We encourage organisations to review the eligibility information on this page and check back later in the year for updates.
