Keith Fagg OAM

Joined the Board in February 2025

Keith is company director and mediator. Prior to a long career in the family hardware & building materials business (Fagg’s Mitre 10), Keith worked in various research, HR and administration roles in Melbourne and the Northern Territory.

Keith has served on a number of community service Boards since 1986. Notable among these was Rural Ambulance Victoria, St. Laurence Community Services, Samaritan House Geelong, Read the Play and Hope Bereavement Care. Keith served as Geelong’s first directly-elected Mayor in 2012-13 and in 2016 was awarded an OAM for services to the Geelong community. In recent years, Keith has been developing disability housing in the Geelong region. He is also patron of Volunteering Geelong and Music at the Basilica.

Keith regards the work of Geelong Community Foundation as being a significant contributor in underpinning & encouraging community support services in Geelong.
