What began in 2000 with a small founding group and a bold vision has grown into a permanent, place-based philanthropic fund supporting our region.
Over the past 25 years, the Foundation has distributed millions of dollars in grants—supporting grassroots food relief, education access, mental health programs, housing and homelessness initiatives, environmental resilience, and more.
